What are your turn around times? ⇢
Quoting requires a site visit. We will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule a visit. We will work with your timeline to get a job complete.
Do you accept credit cards? ⇢
Yes- we do accept credit cards. Payments made with credit card will have a 2% fee applied.
Can you pull permits for me? ⇢
Yes! We will pull your permits. Where required, permits will be obtained by AC Lion Electric and paid for by the customer.
Is your work up to code? ⇢
All work is completed to meet or exceed Ontario Electrical Safety Code standards. If applicable, an ESA certificate of inspection will be issued upon final approval.
Is AC Lion Electrical work guaranteed?⇢
Labour is warranted for 1 year from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.
Do you fix holes and drywall?⇢
Your quote does not include patching, painting, inspections, or work beyond the stated scope. However, we will clean the jobsite after completion to be free of dust and debris.
Is there a minimum charge for small jobs?⇢
A minimum labour charge of $200 applies to work requiring less than 2 hours. We recommend bundling your electrical projects to avoid paying the minimum on a small job.
